Popcorn Shrimp in Puff Pastry

Ingredients:
- 1 package BlueWater Popcorn Shrimp
- ½ package Puff Pastry Sheets
- 1 – 8oz package Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- ½ cup Cocktail Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut 2/3 of a sheet of puff pastry into 20 squares (cut the length into four strips and then each strip into 5 pieces). Cook the Popcorn Shrimp and the puff pastry at 400F for 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese and cocktail sauce. Cool puff pastry squares. Using a pastry bag, pipe the cream cheese mixture on top of puff pastry squares. Top with several Popcorn Shrimp and serve immediately.
