Pow Pow Popcorn Shrimp
- 2 (325g) packages BlueWater Popcorn Shrimp
- 2-1/2 Tbsp spicy Thai chili sauce
- 2-1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1. Prepare BlueWater’s Popcorn Shrimp according to package instructions.
2. In the meantime, blend chili sauce, mayonnaise and vinegar with a whisk.
3. In a large bowl, pour sauce over cooked shrimp and gently coat, serve immediately.
