Cooking Directions

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange uncooked fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets.
  2. Bake uncovered 15 to 17 minutes* until coating is golden brown and crispy. Turn fillets over after 10 minutes of cooking.

*FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F (75°C) OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.

Ingredients: Sole fillets • Flour • Vegetable oil • Water • Modified corn starch • Corn flour • Sugars (sugar, dextrose) • Whey • Yeast • Salt • Baking powder • Natural flavor • Caramel colour • Paprika, Annatto and Tumeric extract • Onion powder • Sodium phosphate (to retain fish moisture).
