Cooking Directions

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange on mental baking pan.
  3. Bake 16 to 19 minutes.* Flip after 10 minutes.

*FULLY COOK SHRIMP TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F (65°C) OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.

DEEP FRYING:

  1. Place shrimp in basket, separating to prevent from sticking.
  2. Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 2 ½ to 3 ½ minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Note:  The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and doneness.

Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional shrimp.

Air Fryer**

  1. Arrange half a package of shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Fry Shrimp at 400°F (205°C) for 11 to 13 minutes*.

Note: If preparing more than half a package, cook to the longest cook time.

*FULLY COOK SHRIMP TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F (65°C) OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.

**Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed.
