Potato Crunch Munch

Ingredients: 
  • 10 BlueWater Potato Crunch Fillets
  • 10 oz Reduced fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 10 oz Sour cream, fat-free
  • 10 oz Macaroni and cheese
  • 6 oz Broccoli florets
  • 20 Tomato slices
  • 3 oz Real bacon bits
Directions: 

Prepare BlueWater Potato Crunch Fillets according to package instructions. Top each cooked fillet with 2 Tbsp sour cream, 2 tomato slices, 1 Tbsp bacon bits and ¼ cup mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes, sprinkle with scallions and enjoy!
