Mediterranean Fish Fillet Casserole

Ingredients: 
  • 6 Garlic & Herb or Lemon Pepper Fish Fillets
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (16 oz) cut green beans, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried basil leaves
  • ½ tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives
  • 1/3 cup crumbled Feta or grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions: 

Place uncooked BlueWater Fillets in the bottom of an ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Mix all ingredients except cheese and spoon evenly over fillets. Cover and cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
