Honey Mustard Beer Batter Fillet Sandwich
- 1 package BlueWater Beer Batter Fillets
- 5 sandwich rolls – sliced horizontally
- ¾ cup honey mustard
- 10 - ¼” slices of tomato
- 5 lettuce leaves
Begin baking fillets according to the directions on the package. After turning fillets on baking pan, spread ½ of the honey mustard on the fillets and continue to cook for an additional 9 - 10 minutes. Divide the remaining honey mustard and spread it evenly on the bottom halves of the sandwich rolls. Lay one lettuce leaf on each of the bottom halves of the sandwich roll and top with 2 cooked fillets. Top fillets with 2 slices of tomato on each sandwich and the top halves of the sandwich roll. Serve immediately.
