Garlic & Herb Fish Fillet Teriyaki Stir Fry
- 3 cooked BlueWater Garlic & Herb Fillets
- 1 lb. Frozen stir fry vegetables
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
Cook BlueWater Garlic & Herb Fillets as per instructions on package. In the meantime, heat oil in the pan and add the frozen vegetables. Sauté vegetables until evenly coated with oil. Add Teriyaki sauce, cover and simmer for ten minutes. When BlueWater Garlic & Herb Fillets are finished baking, cut them into small pieces (about 8 pieces per Fillet). Serve stir fry on white rice and BlueWater Garlic & Herb Fillet pieces on top. Serve immediately.
