- 6 BlueWater English Style or Traditional Fish Fillets
- 1 - 6 oz can black pitted olives - drained
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 TBS basil
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 3 TBS crumbled feta cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Bake fillets according to packaging. In a food processor combine the olives, almonds, garlic powder, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper until olives are coarsely chopped. Top fillets with the olive mixture. Sprinkle feta cheese over fillets and serve immediately.
