Sandwich aux filets de poisson ail et parmesan

6 Traditional Breaded Fillets
6 frankfurter buns or miniature French rolls
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions: Heat oven to 400ºF. Place frozen Fish Fillets in large shallow baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cut buns horizontally in half. Mix mayonnaise, cheese and garlic powder; spread on cut sides of buns. Place buns, cut sides up, in pan with fish. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese mixture on buns is golden brown and coating on fish is crunchy. Place one fillet inside each bun. Garnish with tomato and bell pepper slices if desired.
